Denmark is recognised as a leader in healthcare innovation and is at the forefront of the digital transformation of the sector. The Future of Patient Data report examines the coming challenges and opportunities that will emerge over the next decade, considers what the core drivers of change may be, and explores how developments in the availability and use of more and better patient data will impact the Danish healthcare system. Linking together previous research with a recent, related Future Agenda initiative as well as insights from a number of expert discussions in Copenhagen, the report moves on to examine the pivotal issues that will affect healthcare providers in the future and considers how the wider sharing of exemplary data can change delivery models.
