Value creation

Companies bring projects at all maturity levels and scope to the programme. We ensure that the participants create value for the company while expanding their entrepreneurial toolbox and leadership mindset, and the CEL-participants become expert facilitators of Corporate Business Innovation.

Action learning

Genuine learning occurs when knowledge is applied to projects in collaboration with peers and key stakeholders. That is why the programme is based on a mix of lectures, teamwork, coaching, feedback, and dialogue with corporate executives.

Team diversity

CEL-participants sign up in teams of 2-5 people. The participants come from various functions such as Programme Management, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain or Finance.
