Stephan Schubert

Professor Stephan Schubert
Adjunct Professor of Strategy at INSEAD, faculty member at Ashridge Business School and Visiting Professor at DTU Business. Stephan Schubert has a deep interest in strategic issues, ranging from decision-making processes to business modeling, strategic leadership and organisational transformation. He pays particular attention to the role of mental frameworks, biases and hidden agendas in strategy development. Stephan has worked on client assignments in over 25 countries, from Chile to China, and has gained extensive experience in a wide range of industries.

Dennis Vink

Professor Dennis Vink
Dennis Vink is Professor of Finance and Investment at Nyenrode and Visiting Professor of Moscow State University. He was voted Professor of the Year in the Executive MBA in 2009, a program jointly organized with Kellogg School of Management. His teaching and executive development interests revolve around corporate finance, structured finance, and investment management.

Alistair Brandon-Jones

Professor Alistair Brandon-Jones
Alistair Brandon-Jones, BSc, PhD, Chair in Operations and Supply Management and Associate Dean for Post Experience Education at University of Bath, School of Management, is a leading Service Operations researcher, with much of his work exploring the interaction between individuals and processes. Alongside Professor Nigel Slack, he is co-author of the world’s leading portfolio of Operations Management textbooks and has won several national and international awards for contributions to teaching.

Jonathan Raine

Jonathan Raine
Jonathan Raine is Divisional Director of Partners in Training, a UK-based training and consultancy company. He delivers training worldwide - in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. He divides his time between developing client relations and creating business growth, designing inspirational learning events, and delivering high-quality training. Jonathan’s training focus is related to communication, largely within Pharma.

Barbara Banda

Barbara Banda
BA, MSc, MBA, D.Phil (Oxon), Ashridge Business School. Barbara Banda is an expert in the area strategic marketing and the leadership skills required for effective strategy implementation. For over 15 years she has worked with organisations to align their people in ways which enable them to meet the demands of their external customers and markets. Barbara works with a number of Ashridge clients and is a visiting Professor at Rotterdam School of management. She has worked with clients including Continental AG, Astra Zeneca, DSM, Microsoft Netherlands, Unilever, KPN, BBC, Philips, and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

Barbara has worked for 13 years in International Sales and Marketing in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and retailing industries, holding senior positions within Fisons Pharmaceuticals, Boots and BASF Pharma.

Darrell Mann

Darrell Mann, Inventor, Engineer, Author of the Hands on Systematic Innovation books
Darrell Mann is Managing Director of Systematic Innovation Ltd, a 40-person company offering a range of systematic innovation products and services to clients around the world. He has also been running the Systematic Innovation network since 2002. The network has offices and affiliates in 20 countries.

Hamish Scott

Professor Hamish Scott
Hamish Scott is Visiting Professor at DTU Business. He is a specialist in business growth, organizational strategy and change. He advises on processes for strategy formulation and implementation, and has worked with management teams to support the development and execution of new direction. Hamish has worked in China, India, North America and most of Central, Western and Eastern Europe and Scandinavia. Recent clients include financial services providers, leaders in the manufacturing, utility and construction sectors, media and marketing services groups and a major airline. Hamish holds fractional Strategy Director positions in the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.

Zoran Perunovic

Assistant Professor Zoran Perunovic
Zoran Perunovic is an associate professor at DTU Business. He has worked as a consultant in various managerial disciplines for numerous companies in Europe, North America, and Asia. He has helped several European governments in developing their national innovation systems. He is also on the editorial board of the Applied Innovation Journal, published by UC Berkeley. Zoran has taught innovation, entrepreneurship, outsourcing, and operations management at several European and US universities. His research in Innovation and Operations Strategy has appeared in prestigious journals like the California Management Review, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, and International Journal of Production Economics.
